1. Service Cancellation
You may request to cancel a service at any time. The amount of refund, if any, will depend on the stage of the project.

Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your order before we have begun any work on your design, you are eligible for a full refund.

During Project Development: If you cancel after we have started work on your CAD model or render, you will receive a partial refund, minus the costs for the work completed up to that point. Our team will assess the work completed and inform you of the non-refundable portion.
2. No Returns on Digital Services
Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not accept returns. Our commitment to your satisfaction is instead fulfilled through our revision process. We offer professional corrections and adjustments at no additional cost to ensure the final product meets your specifications.
3. Refund Process
